Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?

Our current average fulfillment time is 10-20 business days.

Please allow about 3-4 weeks to receive your item. With delays, please give our shipping carrier an extra week or 2 at most.

 

How fast do you ship orders out?

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is processed within 2-3 days. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.

 

Will I get updates after my purchase?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. (Check Your Spam Box if you do not see the email).

 

Need to CANCEL your order?

Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 HOURS from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, typically we are not able to cancel or change the order.

 

What if I never receive my package?

Unfortunately, from time to time shipping carriers may lose a package, it is just the nature of shipping products. In the case the shipping carrier loses a shipment, we will remake and reship a replacement order at our cost. However, please note the following important exceptions;

  1. It's up to us to determine if a package is truly lost or just delayed. If we feel the package is delayed, we may ask you to continue to wait for the shipment.

  2. If the tracking is marked as delivered or attempted delivery, we consider the package to be delivered. This is not a lost package. In most cases, a neighbor received the shipment and the you can simply ask their neighbor, their shipment is being held by a doorman or another person responsible for final delivery of mail at that address. With a little bit of effort these packages are typically located.

  3. International orders. For international orders, it's common that the package will held by customs which can delay the shipping time. This is completely out of our hands. Some countries are slower than others. Please be patient.

There is no hassle or complexity involved in our exchange process. Please take inspection of all products received, within 24 hours to ensure accuracy and quality. If any defects are found please email pictures along with a detailed description. It is important to remember that all jerseys made to order are FINAL SALES and can only be exchanged at the discretion of Jersey Wave. In order to exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
